 The Police National Computer was set up in Scotland Yard in 1972. Since then noone who does not or has not meet police requirements has been allowed to work unless they are "undesirables" such as the Irish and blacks of the African variety who are allocated hard labour and insecure labour in degrading conditions.

The P.N.C. is linked to the Social Security Computer in Newcastle upon Tyne to ensure complete "security lockdown" by forcing radicals and anyone with more than one brain cell out of the workforce.

The system of police hooliganism has also been 'transported' to Britain's last colony and the RIC/Garda Siochana operate a similar system in the South in both record- and file-keeping of trade unionists and the ever-expanding NUMBERS of those they describe as SUBVERSIVES and 'gay lords' (Il giocco, July-August 1988,Dublin).

As in every jurisdiction where constitutional rights are largely neutralised and democratic freedoms almost entirely devalued and the court system openly mocked, political canals of three men and a dog and fascist tramps (policemen/Gardai) have come to prominence.

The stark contrast between a society such as Britain in 1968 with 500 000 unemployed and a society such as we have today with 13 300 000 dependent on social security and 11 000 000 in private rented accommodation in danger of immediate eviction is stark. It could not be starker.

It is the police who are the roots of all problems.

Since then,the descent into a police state, minority welfare dependence and abrogation of work and living rights.

The rise of the police state,the collapse of real industry,the abrogation of social rights....
