Fathers,if you have a loose-tongued son who discusses family matters with strangers,send him into the army before he is put in prison like O'Donnell and O'Neill in 1567.

The army is there to put manners on undisciplined and unruly young people particularly from the marginalised communities such as slum dwellers, travellers or immigrants.
