 ... capable of leading any military or political organisation is someone who is older than most of the rest  and knows how to delegate  and that sort of person does not see a disconnection between family,social and state...he is usually very firm and self-assured and has the knack of overcoming any obstacle in his path and sees things both in simple and complex ways i.e absolute and relative and mixes stern discipline with compassion for the straggler and clear instructions. That sort of person is never a socialist or Communist of any type rather someone who inherits innovation and quickly consolidates his position and deals firmly with the police, keeping them under strict control. He ruthlessly punishes anyone who steps out of line or makes a nuisance of himself,usually herself,and marks them down for special treatment..
