 A CULT with its own places of worship, administration,invigilators,make-believe, made-up language (Bearlige), its places of pilgrimage and its colourful,misleading literature and debauched phraseology.

All of this was something I ridiculed,mocked and mimicked in playful satire in the summer of August 1988.

Who are the Friends of the People and What Do they Stand For?

 It is thirty years on since this outfit effectively called off the so-named 'armed struggle'. Today,they support only the pursuit of private gain,US enterprise,small business,self-employment,empty rhetoric, drunkenness,biopharmacology for social problems,setting people up for arrest, incarceration and imprisonment,the pornography of violence and not paying their taxes.

As even Garda Phil Flanagan who set me up for arrest along with Sean Lynch and Seamus Treanor and Brian Mc Cartney (Dr. Frankenstein, perhaps?)  could see,they are only another Podemos,a shooting star

Sinn Fein are no more radical than Golden Dawn or Syriza of Greece,Zhirinovsky or Gaidar of Russia,Obama or Clinton of the US, Brown or Blair of Britain or Fitzgerald or Haughey of the South of Ireland. Sinn Fein are country conservatives who hate rights and misuse free speech. They are " not to be trusted as far as you could throw them" to quote Austin Currie in January 1974 about Brian Faulkner,one of the type of repulsive people to whom they are linked.

Avoid, young people, and the novelty will wear off after a short time. They are only street-crawlers, wasters,vigilantees,thugs and recalcitrant psychopaths like their mentor,Adams of Belfast hotel and bookie-shop renown. 

I know them and have always recognised their connections to the CIA.

 An American-organised rebel movement?

YES.

Tell these old women posed in the nude in their youth and unemployed graduates with a history of drug abuse or  a mentally unstable lunatic or lunatics in the family when they come to  your door step looking for votes,"Go away home and mind your children."

 It is pathetic old women, unmarried mothers with an interest in politics and young fools high on drugs who are their real spokesmen and -women.
