A lesson learned well. A characterisation of Doublespeak -the 'play' of 1988 ("Ci Sono barbari". "What is to be Done- The Sequel")

I am what is called a Big Softie or what the Irish call "soft in the head" as is Putin,a just and merciful man so I endeavour to spread knowledge of the police occult and those summoned up from the gutter by soldiers and leaders to harass and intimidate, therefore,I say..

Orwell's perplexity with High and Low English inspired him to invent his term,Doublespeak, for moral confusion.

What most people read into '1984' is a picture of political and public decay masked  by a burgeoning information age, that which students of television current affairs broadcasting call ACTIVE DISINFORMATION.

An example of  Irish Doublespeak. Sinn Fein disinformation and dirigisme..

The local district council in Fermanagh and Omagh is a collection of political clowns and half-bred misfits for the most part. EXCEPT, that is, when it comes to self-interest. Then, blind, untrammeled ambition is obvious to the curious observer of the doings and sayings of local political wannabes in the local press.

......

We say, therefore, that real politicians go to Stormont, Leinster House or Westminster. That is where their problems with alcohol become clear. Giving alcohol to people such as Sinn Fein hens leads to bitter invective and sectarian  backbiting. From loyalist alcoholics come false narratives about crimes, armed disturbances and wars.

Sinn Fein desired outcomes and hoped-for events are representations of political insanity and poor judgement, nothing else.

As regards loyalist blackguards' outrageous allegations?

Almost all recent political delicts could have been prevented if people of goodwill and proper judgement had acted in good time. Tony Blair was certainly not one of the temperate people who refuse to resort to force unless attacked. In his forays into other peoples countries he was joined by jive-talking US madmen.

Blair, himself?

He was a muddle-headed thinker, other British and Irish politicians and political figures of his echelon such as Thatcher and her successors being similarly well adrift from reality.

The doublespeak characterisation embodied in the anti-totalitarian 'play' of 1988 brought a realisation amongst many that revolutionary violence in Ireland must cease once and for all time.

That was the reason that soon after my elliteration of the dramatic events I prescribed for the Eastern dictatorships, the secret dialogue between those political parties privy to secret information began and developed into the Peace Train movement. My 'world plan',a truly democratic outburst, found a sound resonance and bore fruit even in our own Old Sod.
