What is the order of appearance of the rambling 'siulers'?

That is a little puzzler which was figured out by the Poles in the 1930's, finding electro-mechanical expression in their Enigma encoding machine. By way of alternating dual-locking gears the Poles emulated the Italian street 'walks'.

What do I refer to?

 O Riordain's "street scenes with fascists". His pladoire ran this by way of explanation when interviewed on Jonathan Philbin-Bowman's biopic interview programme on RTE in the years preceding his death.

The sequencing of these 'street plays'

Flow, position, direction and counterflow form this game of contrasts and diversity as you would know if you had ever talked to a soldier or policeman. The police in Northern Ireland refer to surveillance as 'points duty',Outdoor Duty etc.,etc.,

If you are still unclear as to the roles of rival political groups in encounters of the third kind,read a game of two halves or "two cheeks of the one arse".

When you are under surveillance one meets those with a physical similarity to a Provo headman or Sinn Fein political representative or loyalist 'chief'.

Communication interception

One talks on the phone -calls can be intercepted and diverted-with those who mimic the manner of speech of friends, associates and family and those who bring to mind the sensory image of the adversaries of politicians,policemen and soldiers.

Why,so?

Because police engage with their victims under false pretences to gain what they call "tactical information".

We say that such semi-criminal types are prisoners of the police occult. They engage in the spreading of lies and deceptions. We say that they are lost souls.

 In the category of occult practitioners we place dramatist, actor, actress and street performer,both trained and untrained. On one hand,the whoremonger;on the other, the whore,junkie and rent-boy.

Every Chief Constable's pladoire runs,"My job is to keep members of the public safe from violence, robberies and break-ins regardless of what my critics say. Journalists in the media should know better than to criticise police and members of the police force going about their job. If there are excesses by police,and I would be the first to admit that some of them use too much force., there are mechanisms in place to investigate police misconduct."

Security forces activity,bluff and counter-bluff,'points duty',games of soldiers? 

They don't amount to anything more than a hill of beans.
