Tactical disinformation? Strategic deception?

What every spy  knows (and US Government "highly -leveraged operations" refer to) is what British spies call "active disinformation".

What is it?

Why,what those denizens of justice in Whitehall and Rome won't speak out about, namely deception followed by poisoning with ammonia, barbiturates,LSD,heroin, cocaine,opiates etc.,

Those who remain silent about the activities of the US State Department and Ministry of Defence include the witless stooges of imperialism in the Communist Party of Ireland,Workers Party and Irish Labour Party and Militant Labour and PBP and trade unions....

But to the MORE MUNDANE forms of diverting someone's attention....

..... a message to foot passengers and a message  to soldiers who think that they are "playing a blinder" while out on manoeuvres.

....a c... can approach you from either side of the street or road or front or back...but when he intends to attack you or have you robbed or beaten up he will keep to your right (see Isaiah,"I shall protect the man on my right"). His is a life of lies.

Who are your friends and those who seek to pose as opponents in these street manners?

Remember,soldiers and street pedestrians out to deceive and confuse,your deceptions are lies and an imposter by any other name is still an imposter.

Trying to isolate,intimidate or harass is a game contrived at by the supervisor of a security firm or chairperson of a community group or it is at the instigation of a military officer acting in conjunction with a political party. 

It amounts to an inhuman and degrading act banned by law and treaty. Nothing more, nothing less.

 Pendlersport is not just inhuman and degrading treatment but it leads to cruel and unusual punishment in the South of Ireland when the gutter proletarians so engaged "lose their patience with the target". 

The tactic is intended to incite recourse to doctors and that inevitably leads to the hospital confinement of the influencer in the community,labour organisation or politics.

RUC 'targetting' (Morrison) of republicans and the 'freezing' of areas where undercover police activity is underway cannot be overemphasized by those of us who are contemporary witnesses to the murder gangs and victims of our human rights crisis. 

Only a fool and  those who commentate on public affairs ignore the antics of the police, soldiers and gutter proletarians. The doctors, lawyers,judges, politicians and the government hold them in a tight grip and the  police neither hinder them or caution the main culprits, namely the detectives in the local CID Operations Room.

Who is responsible for these street manifestations and the paripetal madness in public life other than the MI 5/MI 6/GCHQ cartel. They act at the behest of clowns such as Tony Blair,a man who  sits on the Privy Council.

In Northern Ireland the orders for pacification measures come from the local colonial headman.

Blair developed new novelties in police repression in association with semi-fascists left over from the days of the Raj and the 57 varieties of scum who are to be found in every decaying society.

Thie mantra of Marx ran,"Everything turns into its opposite" so are we heading for renewed violence and community strife at a more pathetic level?

No! 

Marx's old saw is countered by one saying of Irish politicians,"You should always trust your instinct based on previous experience".

The lessons of the recent past are still with us. Those lessons,well understood by all, should have pre-eminence in political dealings related to the "Northern dystopia" (Colm Toibin).

We should view these ever-present street mannafestations as the British Army's  tactical deceptions and we should look on their political outworkings as part of a campaign of strategic deception, that corrupting legacy of political policing.

 Nuclear or 'cluster' cells of soldiers and police in the vicinity 

A lot of British 'nuclear' targetting comes from cluster theory devised at English boarding schools and by Irish-speaking psychiatric nurses. The responsible parties first vocation is for policing but their final vocation is for clinical murder. 

Of these people we say,they are trid a cheile or 'through one another'.

"Lights, camera, action!" The South 

The ubiquitous results of Garda dramatic poses based on Old Testament hagiography (Isaiah) and New World dinner-table etiquette have been disseminated widely in our 'suckered' society. Those old police  tricks are being taught to Kenyans, Zambians, Zimbabweans,Chinese and Nigerians as PSNI-NHS interns in the North of Ireland. It is there presently where we see this Babylonian deception.

 The aim is to disorientate and to confuse the unsuspecting. 

Other players in this game of arcane note?

Businessmen with unpaid bills,policemen facing fines or imprisonment,Provo spinsters,pious old ladies,the criminal classes, civil society advocates and proponents of untrammeled immigration make our acquaintance on the streets of the towns and cities throughout Ireland and in parts further afield.

The source of our woes?

The shorter part of knowledge is to explain to the unwary victim that the Location Manager lives close at hand and is paid from the small change obtained dishonestly from yourself at the local shop. You have been careless with knowledge of your personal movements and views to one of the guttersnipes of the locality. He comes and goes to a house in a neighbouring street or area. That is his 'operations base' for the dissemination of false or malicious information about yourself to the local CID Operations Room.

My advice?

Avoid! Pass yourself with him or her but don't get involved in any idle gossip or consider him anything other than an obnoxious nuisance. He is certainly no friend.
