" Out once!". House arrest, Dublin,1991

 In 1991 the Gauleiters of the Dublin southside Gardai,the government assassin operating out of Kevin Street Garda station and Paddy Burke and Jim Lawlor put me under house arrest for 'common assault and criminal defamation'.

 The 'victim' ?

The well-known gangster's moll, Teresa Gavin of 356 Saint Teresa's Gardens, Dublin 8 one of the Cahill /MI6 heroin syndicate.

Noisy scenes of 'night-time entertainment' soon emanated from a public house in Cork Street.

That gave way to intimidation, sensory deprivation, five months of sleep deprivation and 'active measures' as Rita O Hare and Jim Wray tried to lure me into a trap in the Bray-Greystones-Blessington area. 

I did not "fall" for it thanks to the intervention of Eric Byrne T.D.,Ber Cowen TD.,Tony Gregory T.D.,Councillor Christy Burke and Eugene Mc Cartan,Eoin O Murchu,Michael Mc Manus and Michael Lavelle.

The moral of the tale of my concupiscence with an enemy of the United States in time of war runs,"When you are told to go out once by someone in authority over you such as Community Garda,go out only once. When in the UK a policeman tells you that you have to do something,do it not something else."

However,the enduring message of those "active measures" (Bertie Ahern and Albert Reynolds) is that the South is not a law-governed state with an accessible set of laws and mechanisms of justice for the aggrieved party. It is a bullshit society where no-one of any worthy gets the credit for their innovation and all plaudits go to never-weres and underachievers.

The South is a society which needs a moral baptism of fire and a political revolution and nothing short of that!

It cannot have that while the Catholic Church interferes in social outcomes as it did in my case and a police force of country bumpkins runs riot in our towns and cities and plays havoc with fundamental rights.
