Trivial pursuits. Surveillance and street-crawling

I witnessed the Gardai activities in Dublin and the South in the period 1988-1992 and perceived the hand of an imperialist superpower and a nervous, anxious native police force in action on the streets of Dublin.

Their activities were interspersed with the manoeuvrings of Provo corner-boys, drunken undercover soldiers and British Army kerb-huggers.

Public nuisance is not 'security measures' rather instances of intimidation, harassment and "counter-terrorist military deployments".

Haughey heard the English siren maiden's call and sent into the fray street urchins and Irish Army MADMEN whom he had Con Aherne (Dundalk Army Barracks) summon up from the gutter. Aherne was the ringleader of this Mobile Guard,typical of the sweepings of the gutter who appear on our streets in a political or military crisis.

In the Enniskillen area since 1999,those roles have been taken by the armed local constabulary,notably Miller, Dodds, Gault, Skuce,Cody and Brendan Jones and civil society groups.

This is a pattern of activity which emanates from Nazi Germany and fascist Italy. Its Irish provenance is the CIA/FBI of the US based in the US Embassy in Dublin. Cutthroats and counter-insurgency clowns indoctrinated by the PSNI and Irish Army engage in this particular form of "occult intelligence"  on the streets though all trades and occupations are endowed with arcane knowledge. "Occult intelligence" (Capital, Introduction, Volume One) is how Karl Marx referred to these public mannafestations of the 'devils' (Dostoyevsky) and 'lost souls' (Gogol),public deceivers. 

Also,on this theme,worthy of note are those fools dredged up by business interests trying to drum up custom for failing businesses.

These activities belong categorically to the secret state,the world of the FBI and Military Intelligence types and that dog-in-tbe-manger type,the Catholic policeman.

What was the pigs and politicians beef with me in Dublin in the years 1988-92?

The central problem with the CIA and Garda play-actors was my photocopied articles which I circulated by hand,and put into sympathisers' letter-boxes when they  were not at home. These were published to community and labour politicians, residents and tenants groups,unemployed group activists and trade unionists. I was a siren voice of national renewal,back then.

 Few of the perpetrators of deception were aware of the imminent national revival fuelled by US largesse, international indebtedness and the inflation of basic value-commodities such as house prices.

One of my self-penned and photocopied  articles was entitled 'The Programme of Irish Socialists'. That manifesto later became the National Development Plan.

The alternative Irish Army strategy for development? 

Street-crawling, random Neighbourhood Watch acts of intimidation,thuggery, hooliganism, prostitutes and whores'  catcalls and the laying of poison by Irish Army undercover soldiers in collaboration witb their real friends,the sweepings of the gutter, drug dealers.

The Irish Army as the last line of national defence? A credible obstacle to imperialist aggression originating from England or North America?

The Irish Army's very existence as an armed institution is an insult to all intelligent and right-thinking people. They are public nuisances, attention-seekers and political hoaxers who haunt the streets,bars and public places in a political or economic crisis.

Why?

To carry stories back to the people who send them out on their missions of no hope, politicians.

Never was such a plan for sustainable national development more needed. Ireland's thirty year upturn is coming to a dramatic end. 

It is time to face social and political reality.

Southern society is built on street remonstrances blown out of the arsehole of a drunken hooligan such as a Garda sergeant in Cavan barracks or an idiot Irish Army sergeant.

I state my opinion clearly and openly that these 'men' and the women who take part in nuisance activities are suffering from a medically-defined schizoaffective disorder.

The South's immediate future?

Southern industry is about to be exported back to the countries whose tax revenues it dishonestly appropriated.

Fascist technique? How is 'it' done?

 Location, location,location.Firstly,the police have to put in place the Location Manager or the 'stage manager' in the vicinity of the victim's dwelling.

Who is he or she?

Universally,a mentally abnormal sort of person such as a homosexual or  'little old lady in the upstairs room' (China, Dermot Mc Atamney).

A quick follow-up on 'sightings'? The 'street players'?

 Street 'players' are the sweepings of the gutter dredged up by the police and army in every society,those  individuals who care not for God or man. They torment those whose houses 'they are never out of'.

Some are,in Ireland,failed politicians.Others are members of armed and dissident republican gangs.

A 'minor distraction' (Lenin, Brussels ,1901-3,1911-1913). Note also his remarks on grisettes,"today a blond, tomorrow a brunette".

The in-house aspect? The 'street committees'?

My perspective on 'nuclear' targeting?

By turn a minor distraction but,as Lenin realised in later life,the military are 'getting out and about' on their 'manoeuvres' in these street scenes.

These "signs and wonders" are the political outworkings of a bad politicians's moral conceit and concupiscence with an oppressor.

Irish soldiery and paramilitary gangs represent an obstacle to civil peace and social progress.  They are a hindrance to even a minimum standard of wage equity or social access and an obstacle to elementary legal and civil protections. Most Irish and British soldiers are the offal of society.

The target's 'fault'? Provocation?

The main thrusts of "street scenes with fascists" directed at  a writer or a casual observer to these "silly games" of "waifs" (Tommy O Rourke, Walkinstown,1989).

It is a writer's or male artist's moral concupiscence with a female or male prostitute such as a man's "husband", petty thieves, temple prostitutes or loud-mouthed hangers-on in the political business that lies at the root of being  caught up in intrigue. Similarly the despotic workings of all police forces and armed gangs. The latter are invariably government agents in some way or other. Indeed,concupiscence with police oppression transcends all political parties and classes and none of us is immune from the allegation of "oppressive influence" in our captive society.

The social composition of participants in street mannafestations and the bog-standard  rationale for nuisance by these classes of political butterflies, fireflies,moths, Schmetterlinge, Blatterlei,grisettes, promenadore? 

The 'offended parties' in street-crawling have seen their own sensual reflection in a writer's or artist's written,oral or creative work. Many have been transfixed by a writer's "carping criticism" (Lenin).

Illusion or delusion? Self-styled victims or the "sorely oppressed"?

Social fact fires up "the innocent victims of terrorists",as they like to be known, to "get their own back on the guilty party or parties". 

Such a path is a course of action which ends in great tragedy for the hunter and the prey both be they writer,journalist or disinterested observer since "it",as intended, brings on mortal "lapses of judgement".

Defences?

Say,as do worldly-wise Italian men,"Basta!" but never "Sanguine!" (In Italy, you can be arrested for the latter provocative remark).

The Romanians? The Roma?

Those 'coasting' up and down in front of your house have plenty of money from illegal criminal activities. They want you to give them something belonging to yourself and hard cash "which gets you everywhere". Unknown to most bystanders,though apparently down-at-heel,they have  expensive tastes which they expect you to fund.

Don't be fooled! Husband your scarce resources! Criminal gangs of former Eastern European policemen introduce to the world of outdoors duty other itinerant beggars, spongers and sectarian bigots of both persuasions. These crooks you will meet head-on in the street and they make no secret of a host of criminal convictions for theft, shoplifting and robbery. 

My learned  conclusion?

The beggars want more and the female 'coasters' have been arrested for shoplifting. 

' Tails'?

Those tailing you up the street are undercover policemen and idle pensioners who sent their daughters into the Army to get rid of them or they tried to marry them off to another mentally-maladjusted person who hated work, particularly working in manual occupations.

The upper-crust street-crawlers? The reaction of civil society?

We say of the female and male Catholic get-rich-quick types who participate in this public nuisance that they are mentally disturbed.

We call them out as police agents whose passing noone will mourn.

The German reaction to PendlerSportler?

"Blatterlei!",loosely translated as "ships in the night".

To sum up, therefore....

The attempt to put the public spotlight on artists,writers and musicians by the Irish Army,the Guards, the Provos and anarchists styling themselves as anti-fascists calls into question the standing of these "well-organised groups of armed men",that is, groups of three men and a dog. Those people are  "looking for attention for themselves" and "playing a dangerous game". They in the end reveal themselves as connected to counter-insurgency headmen and bog-standard Establishment journalists.

A Galilean counterpose? A precedent, perhaps?

We see in Mob who was possessed of 2 000 demons which,the Bible recalls,entered a herd of pigs and rushed to their death over the heights at Lake Gadarene,a biblical forewarning to the lost souls drawn into the entanglements of the police community and and armed services in a modest-sized jurisdiction of the Herodian period.We remember in trying to discern similarity or difference in being pursued by police tails and street confrontations,"Birds of a feather flock together" and "Anyone but you!"

A modern parallel?

While we are on the topic of similarity and difference,let us remember Blair's hate speech before he initiated mass murder in Iraq and Afghanistan,"We must degrade and diminish Saddam," and"The West cannot afford to lose in Afghanistan."

Bear those prophetic warnings in mind when you meet Gogol's Lost Souls trekking up the street after you and meeting you head-on in the hope of a few morsels of conversation and an exchange of pleasantries,ciphers for others who you will soon get to know. They wish to learn of your routine to meet you in the same place at roughly the same time. We are all 'creatures of habit'.

Some female nuisances volunteer for their activities. Many of the common-as-garden-muck types receive money for their nefarious activities. All 'players' hope to profit from these "Encounters of the Third Kind". Be on your guard against public interlopers. 

In Northern Ireland,most of them are foreign policemen and private security guards. We count ambulance drivers amongst these scaremongers. Only the Africans are given speaking parts. As everyone well-travelled knows,Africans, particularly African women,suffer from emotional incontinence and like to create a stir in the market place.

The New Testament says,

"He did not raise his voice or make a hullabaloo in the marketplace but when the time came for him to be offered up,he gave his life on the Cross as a living sacrifice."

Psychological measures and the origins of the Christian faith?

It may well be due to the mortal ingenuity of these street scenes,that both Christianity and Judaism emerged in the atmosphere of jiggery-pokery,animist logic, sharp practice and arcane knowledge.
